PARKING
Parking is available on site, The Wyldes encourage car sharing so any vehicles with four or more passengers can park for free. For all other vehicles it is £5 and can be pre-booked here.
Please be considerate and do not try to park off-site on grass verges or nearby land.
SHUTTLE BUS
We have a shuttle bus running from The Strand bus stop in Bude to The Wyldes and back. We recommend pre-booking which can be done here.
Inward journeys to The Wyldes will run hourly between 16:00 and 20:00.
Outward journeys to Bude will run between 23:30 and 01:30.

TICKETMASTER TICKETS
All Live at The Wyldes 2024 tickets are Mobile Entry – so your phone is your ticket!
You add your tickets to your phone wallet, or have the QR code scanned for entry.
See instructions below for downloading your tickets in advance.
iOS: In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your My Account.
Tap My Events to locate your order.
Tap your order to view tickets.
Tap on Add to Apple Wallet.
You'll find your tickets in the digital wallet app. To enter using your mobile wallet, access your ticket in the wallet and place the back of your phone against the scanning device or reader. Barcodes are not displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.
Android: In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your My Account.
Tap My Events to locate your order.
Tap your order to view tickets.
Tap the Save to Google Pay button.
GIGANTIC TICKETS
Gigantic tickets can be found in your Gigantic account, head to gigantic.com/myaccount and log in or set up an account. From here you can download your tickets to your phone.
You will just need to scan the QR code on entry.

To upgrade from a Day Ticket to a Camping Ticket or to book an upgraded pitch or bell tent please contact us.
If you have pre-arranged to upgrade to camping, please head to the Box Office on arrival.
GENERAL CAMPING
You must have a camping ticket to access the General Camping field.
No vehicles allowed.LIVE-IN VEHICLE CAMPING
You will need a camping ticket per person and a Live-in Vehicle pitch that fits your vehicle.
Live-in Vehicles must have a fixed bed.
Please contact us if you do not have your pitch booked.
PREMIUM CAMPING
You will need a camping ticket per person and a Premium Pitch that fits your vehicle and/or tent.
Please contact us if you do not have your pitch booked.
GLAMPING
You will need a camping ticket per person and a bell tent booking to fit your party.
4m bell tents can sleep maximum of two.
5m bell tent can sleep a maximum of four.
6m bell tents can sleep a maximum of six. -
The Box Office is located at the entrance to The Wyldes arena.
Opening hours are 14:30 - 21:00 Saturday June 29th.
Final entry to the arena is 21:00.

We aim to make The Wyldes as accessible as possible, however it is an outdoor event located on field so weather can make this more difficult.
Everybody who applied for accessibility assistance will have received an accessibility pack via email, it can also be found here.

There are medical and welfare facilities available within the arena. Please ask a member of security to direct you to the facilities if required.
You are permitted to bring required medication into The Wyldes. Please bring a copy of your prescription or a doctor’s note. Please make sure you only bring enough for the duration of the concert and ensure you keep it safe with you at all times.
Refrigeration is available for medication if required, please contact us prior to the event to organise this.

All bags are subject to a search on entry, so please avoid bringing one where possible to speed up the entry process.

Those who require a chair for medical reasons can apply for a chair pass.
You can find out more about accessibility on site, and fill in our access form to request a chair pass here.
Please note that chairs will need to be set up further from the stage to allow easy entry and exit for other event-goers. If you're set up too close, or if the area is too busy, you will be asked to move back by security.

Although you are unable to bring food and drink into The Wyldes we are sure you won’t go hungry with a wide array of local food vans, as well as The Wyldes own pizza kitchen. Bars are located throughout the venue for alcoholic and soft drinks.
You may bring in a reusable water bottle, security may ask you to empty this prior to entering the venue. There are free refill points across the venue as well as free tap water on all bars.
Food and snacks for babies and young children are permitted.
If you have a medical reason for requiring dietary specific foods, please bring a doctor’s note to permit this.

Campers over 18 are permitted to bring 6 x cans of beer/cider/premixed drinks OR 1 litre of wine per person. These must be unopened and no straight spirits are allowed.
No open flames including disposable BBQs - small camping stoves are permitted but please do so responsibly.

Please keep your wristband on if you need to leave the venue, you will not be allowed re-entry without it and will need to purchase a new ticket (if available).

All under-18s MUST be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 25 or over.
The Wyldes operates a Look 25 policy across the venue. Even if you have an over-18s ticket and wristband you still may be asked to show a valid ID when purchasing alcohol so please make sure you bring either a drivers licence, passport, or national ID card.
