It has truly been a HUGE events season this year, and every one of you deserves a high five, a big pat on the back, and an extra few hours lie-in!
While it’s still fresh in our memories, we could do with your input on improvements for next year. Please have a long hard think about your experience this year: ie how it was to work in your area, staffing systems before, during and after the shows, how your team felt during their shifts, and the physical equipment/environment you were working in. Let us know what you liked and what could be improved, and please speak freely, we need to know anything that would make your job easier.

It’s about time for a BIG thank you. This one is especially to all our teams across site who work tirelessly to put these shows on every year.
From the crew who keep our stages shining, to the team who keep the pints flowing and the pizzas sizzling; from the first friendly faces you see in our campsites and car parks, to the ones who capture your smiles in our photo albums; to the ones who look after our artists, and the ones who look after everyone else, to those who turn up for event days and give 100%, and to the tiny few who are here all year round, coming up with big ideas and making them happen.
